Thanks hagg, i;m a big fan of your stuff too.

I'm not crazy about the super white faces. Maybe mine are all just still young :) I do play the 8th after all, so they are just a bunch of kids tearing around in speeders and jump packs ;)

The fluff for my captain is that he is very new to the rank, half baked excuse but one i'm running with!

My guys in general seem to have abandoned the codex, but i'm more than ok with that.

I'd still like to get a Land Raider done and need to re-arm my termies for close combat. There is also an inquisitor to paint too. I'm in a lull so need a kick start to get going again.

I decided to re-arm my terminator squad for close combat. Their land raider crusader is still very much work in progress. But they are now good to go with thunder and claws. I could havegone for all hammers, but I had a lot of claws around and hammers were expensive to order (ish)

Well the LRC is a project, but yeah I do need to get that underway. I'll have to whack stuff via fleet until then. Hope I get more games with them, as shooty terms they only got 3 or 4 games and did poor.

I upload via the "add image to post" just under the text box? Are you browsing on your phone? it may not have that function, but on a PC or mac its there.

Well, the LRC is finished. Here it is! I plan on adding little touches here and there to represent battles of an epic nature. It was relativly fun and easy to paint and i'm looking forward to gaiming with it.

Nice raider. 8)

All black, but some points in red? any specific reason to paint one red "targeter-housing" and one red " lights-housing" ?

I ve seen a fine paint-scheme for IF on the Land raider release poster, with inverted colors, so half black and half yellow.
Looked good.

Lets hope this raider earns his name on the field of honor. :D

The red? well, I wanted something different to paint other than black,silver and the odd bit of white! The single red light echoes the right shoulder pad of each marine.

It could have been better, but I just wanted to get it done. After 3.5k of RG I am tiring of the paint scheme. Just the ironclad and a tac squad left.

The photo doesnt show it but the scroll has the name 'Resolute' It just came to me and I liked it. :)
