I was looking through the HoFame and wondered.. Why is there no thread for HQ yet? Almost all forum out there have one.
So this thread is simple enough.. Show off your finished HQs. I know you guys must have spent spent hours (if not days) painting your Heroes. So why not show them so that we can all appreciate your work

Did you sculp the shield for Captain Athrun, because that is just awesome with the raven on it.

I'm also working on 2 new HQs (Can you ever have enough options? ) I plan on doing conversions for a few of the SC in the codex, Khan for one and after seeing LordAK's Lysander take one of those too Maybe Sicarius too has he has some nifty tricks.

I need to create a lysander + a terminator chaplain, methinks.


You guys are all excellent painters. I should have mine up in a few days.

Fhadhq : Your Tank Commander is a bit blurry. But i like your banner. Looks like you paint it yourself. Cool! Any RG ones

As for Athrun's shield, it was made of 3 High Elf Shields + greenstuff. He will represent Lysander and so deserves a better shield than the rest. My next HQ project is Khan and his command squad. But the work is pending untill i finished my whole army.

Great job everyone. Now let us see the rest. Earthen, cant wait to see yours.

Some one said HQ, so

But i may post a RG hq too (hidden amongst the others).
PS: the blur is needed, stops enemy from recognising him when he is outside his Tank.
PS 2: banner is a downsized hand-copy from a book with models of unfilled drawings of mythical creatures.( 1x griffon, 1x unicorn ).

-3x green marines

-all 3 inquisitons+PA allies
-colorful mix of IG
-some xenos for target practice

My post still lacks one SM HQ , silly IH couldn't be photographed. Was sure someone with ties to ad mech would be easy to catch.
Must have some device to screw my attempts, but i'll show him whos in charge.
