Personally, while i am not British, i feel that this is indeed a great loss, as WWI was so long ago, and for him to have lived as long as he did.

May he truly rest in peace, he's earned 10x over.

I had the pleasure of meeting him once, a few years back (actually, nearly a decade ago, lol), while i was with the RAF cadets (yes, i did once have a life before warhammer ).

He was a real nice bloke. Its such a shame his time here has come to an end and such a shame he saw so much violence in his long, long life.

He's one of those men who will always change a small part of every person he meets. I'll never forget him =)

Its a shame that both of the last few vets passed a couple of weeks between each other.
