With the new release of the Shadowsword and other variants, I thought it may be fun to have a record of all the engagements they have been in. Record it's score after each game and make an entry here. This is the Stormlord I have advance ordered.

Good idea. :D

Shall we enter everything built from either Baneblade or Shadowsword plastic kits ?
Maybe also FW-models ?

I may be in if i find someone accepting that i notice his losses......

Yeah, let's do all "biggish" vehicles. Minimum size is Leman Russ Battle-tank.

Right my ACR is in production but i've thought of some fluff for the main tanks so i'll give you a little flavour of it

The Alexian 1st ACR

*************************************************************************

Baneblade pattern construct - 42678 - Call sign Echo 419 - Constructed on Mars <date to be verified> - Commisioned to the Dephinian 22nd Armoured company

The Alexian and the Delphinian forces were in the midst of civil war when this vehicle reached the field, it took its toll immediately and pushed the Alexian to the Devils Hall caves. There the Dephilian army lost cohesion desperately in need of supplies as their overstrecthed supply convoys were hit by Alexian raiders and ambushes. The Delphinius decided to push into the caves towards the fresh water inside, when they were inside the trap the Alexians collapsed the cave entrances and trapped themwith their precious supply of water. It is unknown whether the men turned mad or died trying to escape, but at night rumours say it is still possible to hear the echoes of all 419 souls trapped inside forever. The Baneblade was dug out centuries later and originally thought to be unrepairable. The techpriests of mars dispatched an acolyte who managed to reawaken the machine spirit and The Baneblade was allowed to be the pride of the now Alexian governmental army.

Commander: Lt. Captain Pollus Vallorn
Notable Deployments: Civil War Engagements: The Battle of the Sands, Assualt on Devils hall. Alexian ACR Deployments: The Battle of Delphinus Prime
Games appeared - none atm
Vehicle Kill Record:
Infantry Kill Record:
Currently in Service of Alexian 1st ACR

*************************************************************************

Leman Russ Vanquisher - Stygies Template Construct - Alexian pattern. The standard template was one of the Alexian manifactorums biggest assets but the parts were hard to come by, The Standard Lascannon front mount was impossible to create due to a fault in the template. The Alexian took heavy weapons and adapted them to suit the needs of the lascanon it would everntually replace. The few members of the adeptus mechanicum how came to judge this vehicle allowed the change as no "significant" changes had been applied. Although refusing to create a new Pattern of Vanquisher feeling it was unnecessary, The Alexian have always referred to it as a new pattern of tank. Based mainly on the Stygies pattern of vanquisher its only change is the Lascanon mount which is slightly longer then standard templates, It also produces less feedback when fired due to its intended use as portable infantry heavy weapons, This means reliability and longevity is also increased.

Vanquisher Sophitia 4762 and Alexandria 2248 - Commisioned to the Alexian republic before the civil war ensued.
Commander: Captain Vance Andolean and Captain Sandra Theoltis
Notable Deployments: Civil War Engagements: The Battle of the Sands, The Scouring of Delphinus. Alexian ACR: The Battle of Delphinus Prime
Games appeared - none atm
Vehicle Kill Record:
Infantry Kill Record:
Currently in Service of Alexian 1st ACR

*************************************************************************

Leman Russ Demolisher - Standard construct - 679442 Death of Desire - Commisioned to the Alexian 1st ACR after the civil war had ended.

Centuries had passed since the civil war when Dephilius was attacked again, This time by chaos. The Alexian ACR were amongst the first to respond and amongst them was the Demolisher Stormbringer. During one engagment, Slaneesh'y daemonettes charged the Alexian lines cutting down the infantry and converting the others to their cause, The traitors turned and fired at the tank companies. Stormbringer moved out of formation and fired at the traitors, leaving none standing. Daemonettes and traitors were thrown down by its rage time and again, attacking when and where the traitors showed their true colours. Although this was seen as a heavy handed tactic by the Dephilius council of war they none the less praised Captain Devolac for his unfaltering faith and his awareness of the battlefield. The stormbringer was renamed Death of Desire and no man dares to show any sign of treachery lest its guns rest upon them.

Commander: Captain Marcus devolac
Notable Deployments: Alexian ACR: The Battle of Delphinus Prime,
Games appeared - none atm
Vehicle Kill Record:
Infantry Kill Record:
Currently in Service of Alexian 1st ACR

Hope you guys enjoy some of the fluff and hopefully it'll all be finished this time next millenia! :D

Infantry Kill Record: none

Okay, the Lightning has been shot down twice - once by a Nightwing and once by a lucky Guardsman with a lascannon. As for the Baneblade, they're only AV10 on the rear - Hellstrikes, lascannons and autocannons can do a lot of damage - enough to take 2 structure points off it so majority kill.

Wondering why the gunship is called that? I bought it just before I moved in with my fiancee so she said that was my last fling. So, as all my vehicles are named in Latin, that was the closest I could remember. Glad I spelt the 2nd word without the e at the start - work it out for yourselves.
